Natalia Grossmannová

Natália Grossmannová was born in 1985, in Ostrava – Czech Republic.
She began her musical studies at the age of six, in piano, with prof. Markéta Vartová.
In 1997 joined the Professional Art School of Mirandela, in the flute class of prof. Inês Fernandes. In 2003 finished her studies in this school with the highest qualification and continued in the Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa, with prof. Olavo Barros (flute) and prof. Olga Prats and prof. Nuno Inácio (chamber music). She concluded her degree in 2007.
Natália had the opportunity to play as a soloist with the Orquestra Sinfónica da Escola Superior de Música and with the Orquestra de Sintra.
In chamber music, stand out the concerts in the Graz University (flute, guitar and soprano) and in the International Contemporary Music Festival of Kromeriz – Czech Republic, with the Trio Persona (flute, oboe and piano).
As a freelancer, she had the opportunity to play with some of the portuguese orchestras, as the Orquestra do Algarve, Orquestra de Câmara de Cascais e Oeiras, Orquestra de Sintra, A2M, Orquestra Metropolitana de Lisboa, among others, playing with conductors as Vasco Azevedo, João Tiago Santos, Alberto Roque, Nikolay Lalov, Osvaldo Ferreira, Cesário Costa, João Paulo Santos, Scott Sandmeier, Dejan Savic, among others.
In 2008 she was admitted in the Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg – Germany, in the class of Dr. Prof. Mirjam Nastasi. In 2010 she concluded the Artistic Degree (“Künstlerische Ausbildung Diplom”).
Currently, Natália is a flute teacher in the Escola de Artes do Norte Alentejano de Portalegre.
